2010年代を代表するダンドゥット・コプロ歌手であり、同時にソングライターとしても成功しているEny Sagita嬢の傑作であります。
Ngamenというのは大道芸、路上で歌って稼ぐミュージシャンのことであり、Sagita嬢の自伝的（？）自作曲のシリーズであります。Ngamen1から始まり、ワケわからんくらい数字が増えていったシリーズでありますが、Ngamen3とNgamen5が広くカバーされるのに比べ、このNgamen 4はSagita自身のレーベルENY'S PRODUCTION - YouTubeからのカバー以外、ほとんどカバーされていなかったのだ。
